Qi (氣) is Vital Energy and Universal Life Force.

It is the unique and all-powerful energy from which everything emanated, a force hidden from sight that is present and surrounds us constantly.

It can be felt, but usually cannot be seen with the naked eye. Like any form of energy, it cannot be created or destroyed. And like any other form of energy, it can be transformed, harnessed and used for our good.

Qi is you... every being is made up of Qi and has various wave frequencies and is found in different states of aggregation, just like water, sometimes it is ice - similar to the human body, sometimes it is fog, similar to subtle energy, sometimes it is flowing water, similar to the meridians in the human body.

Qi (氣) permeates everywhere and runs through everything, from the depths of the oceans to the highest mountain ranges, from flowing waters to the vastest plains.

Qi (氣) exists in all planets of the solar system and throughout the Universe. Qi is within each of us.
